Danneel Attends The Chive Charities 5th Annual Green Gala

It’s not so often that we get new pictures of Danneel but today landed us a treat via social media as she attended the Chive Charity Gala (9th September). Danneel attended the event with her friends, which included Tiffany Resig.

The Gala itself has a yearly theme and hosts the party to raise funds via The Chive Charity. This charity is a non profit foundation that raises awareness to individuals stories and researches how they can be helped. Grants are given that aid in their journey, however these are only possibly with the funds raised and donations given.

This year was a special time in the charities existence as overall they had finally raised over $10 million since it’s beginnings. Danneel highlighted this with a video on Instagram.

Last nights Gala had the theme of ‘Havana Nights‘. Danneel’s hairdresser, Erin Millington Hair, posted stories on Instagram highlighted the process of her hair and beauty for the night. They also posted an image of the finished look. I have added screencaps to the gallery of the story videos.

Who Is Danneel?

Danneel Ackles is an American actress and model born on the 18th March 1979 in Louisiana. Born Elta Danneel Graul, she then changed her name to Danneel Harris for the purposes of modelling. Starting of her career, she modelled for brands such as Big Sexy Hair and Juicy Jeans. In 2003 she landed her first big role as Shannon McBain in the American soap drama One Life to Live.
